Tour of artist is most frequently used tool for achieving network goals. Since 1998., when Wired was founded, amateur bands, DJs, photographers, designers, theatre troupes and other artists toured Balkan and Scandinavia within Wired activities.
EXPRESS TOUR is made as a follow up to Wired Mobile Fest 2004 , when two bands, 3 DJs, one MC and two alternative theatre troupes, visit Kruševo (MK), Tuzla (BiH), Subotica (SCG), Ruma (SCG) and Novi Sad (SCG). This year we will visit Prijedor (where we will be the part of campaign for returning the space to youth NGOs), Banja Luka (where we will support the protest against building big hydroelectric power stations on river Vrbas), Sombor i Coka (where we will animate youth to through activism fight for their place in society). Since visit to all events within the EXPRESS TOUR will be for free, this tour will made possible to thousands of young people to be part of such a cultural event, which they can not afford. Also in each city Ultimate Frisbie tournaments will be held, where local youth will compete in this ‘new' urban sport. EXPRESS TOUR is financially supported by Danish foreign ministry, within the FRESTA program, while it's logistically supported by local governments and NGOs: Society of urban artists ‘Manifest' – Prijedor, Society for development of Urban Culture ‘U.R.U.K.' – Banja Luka, SO Open – Sombor, Independent Youth Organisation ‘ACTIVE' – Coka and EXIT – Novi Sad.
